Worst Experience ever
I have been staying at this unit for the past 3 years with my friends. However this year was the worst experience we have ever had!To start off, upon arrival the keys cards provided would not open the doors. It took nearly 2 hours for security to take our keys and bring back a working set.Next once we entered the apartment for the second year in a row, all the beds were clearly slept in and there was a not a single clean towel. This took over 24 hours for the front desk to resolve.Ontop of all this the hot tub is completely empty, and we were informed about a community hot tub about 600 yards. This was a small 4 person hot tub, that after a couple attempts use, was always filled with other guests. This used to be one of our favorite parts of this trip, coming off the ski mountain and being able to all gather in the hot tub to catch up about the days adventure.There are no filters for the coffee machine so make sure you bring your own!!Lastly, on our second to last day, surprise, the key cards don't work when we get back from the mountain. After calling and visiting the front desk we were informed that our reservation had ended. Even after clearly showing the staff at the front desk we were booked through until Sunday morning. We were told our cards would be extended for two hours and had to call mutliple people to have this resolved. We ultimately were helped by Cory. Who was able to get us access back.Overall terrible expiernce.
