"We were used to Holiday Inn Express standards, so Days Inn either is oblivious to, or doesn't compete with the competition, or is just slip shod with thorough cleaning and insulting with their coffee and packaged breakfast selections. Days Inn is $50 a night cheaper and there lies the difference. The staff , especially Angelo and Liz were excellent! I hope you compensate them well or they may move on to Holiday Inn Express, where their great personalities , sense of humor and knack for Hospitality will match the companies high standards. Our room had a dank smell and I tracked it coming from under the King sized bed with the Queen sized blanket. The room desperately needs a deep cleaning. The spa was a disappointment. A terrible screeching noise while it was operating and lukewarm water."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views from every window in the house. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away.Adriana clearly put a lot of care into every detail. Instructions for appliances and house features were thorough and easy to follow, which made everything simple and stress-free. The linens and bedding were especially comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the conveniences we needed during our stay.Communication was excellent as well — Adriana was very accessible and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, this was a lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. We hope to come back in the future. Thank you, Adriana, for a great stay!"

"Coffee and pastries "

"There was almost never hotel available at the lobby. The only time we saw some was when we checked in and out. There was 1 elevator and it was small and someone had scratched the panel so badly that it looked smashed. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. When we walked in the room, it looked plain and clean. When we turned on the bathroom light, the tile on the floor was cracked, busted and had a chunk of tile missing. The water was dripping heavily from the bathtub faucet. When we pulled the knob up for the shower, the whole faucet came out of the plastic wall. It was clear there were issues above and around the shower head but they tried to hide it by painting it a dark gray color. That is the worse bathroom we've ever seen. The air conditioner worked and the refrigerator froze our drinks. The bedspread on the bed was paper thin and there were no additional bla kets available to use. We had 2 rooms. My son's room was next to ours but connected to another room. In the room attached to my son's room was an older couple smoking pot the whole weekend. We tried to find hotel staff to let them know and to make them stop, but we could not find anyone until Saturday evening. The couple had a cat in the room and also had their window open clearly trying to have the smoke go outside. Nothing was done. This is, I would like to say the worse room I've rented from Hotels.com, but it is the second worse room we ever rented. This hotel was not worth half of what we paid. Do not rent!"
