“Great location for us to get to the college for SOAR Orientation. If you’re staying over on a Monday, just know lots of places are closed so we had to drive to dinner. There is a very musty smell in the kitchen and the bedrooms never cooled to where we needed them. Took the living room a while to cool down as well to be usable. Temp was at 74 upon arrival, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. They did provide fans in the bedroom and very thankful for that. We used those in the living area to……

“When we arrived at the unit, there was a man passed out on a bench at the entrance. We left and came back later and he was still there. Feeling a little unsafe, I messaged the hose, sent a photo and let them know it was only my daughter and myself and being 2 women we didn’t feel comfortable with this man knowing we were there alone and we would be staying somewhere else. “The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.”
