"One of our beds was a sofa bed and it literally fell through. No one was able to use it. When I went to the desk they said they are a new owner and are still going through everything. Stayed here because of the indoor pool. Not working. Trash everywhere and never dumped. Went to breakfast. No fruit, yogurt, juice and the coffee machine stopped working. The worst hotel ever! Since I made the reservation through Expedia they said I had to contact you for a refund. "

"It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "

"Upon arival outside was dirty once checked in elevator was broke went to room beds were hard and uncomfortable... 3 different times key card didnt work 2 times elevator didnt work... toilet did not work properly sorry to say I wont be back."

"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "
