"Their website and the Expedia website said they were pet friendly and accepted cats and dogs. I arrived after a 12 Hour drive tired and ready to check in to my reserved room. When I reminded them I was checking in with a dog they said only dogs 25 lbs or less (and no cats!) the front desk agent denied ..."
