“We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property for our extended stay in Kiawah. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of two couples. We loved both the mornings and evenings on the large Oceanside patio and it was an easy walk to the beach each day. Had a few questions before the trip and the property manager was extremely quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kiawah and hope to return soon!”

“I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. I love the location - just a short walk to the fun on Center Street and Folly Beach but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. The condo is well appointed and really has everything you might need for a great stay. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable! We used the screened patio quite a bit in the mornings and evenings……

The view of the pond and wildlife kept us entertained. Super easy access to the beach and tennis center.”

“We have stayed in several other places in this neighborhood and they've all been great...but this one is really great due to the location (directly across from one of the Folly access paths),the huge elevated deck that was great for people watching and getting out of the rain if there was any, the lovely fenced-in back yard (great for the dogs), great parking out in back, to name a few of our fave amenities...the cottage itself was adequately equipped and, I have to mention this, the beds were……

“We arrived at the property in the early evening and after a long day of travel some of our party wanted nothing more than a good bath/shower. However much to our surprise there was no hot water! As it was after business hours the phone number we were given for contact just went to voicemail. The next morning we had the management company send over Maintenance and after a brief inspection he said that the internal breaker on the water heater had tripped and he had reset it and said it should be……

“This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!”

“Serenity is the place to stay if you’ll looking for a facility that offers quietness, sense of comfort and warmth. All amenities are provided and beds are so comfortable. You will love 💕 the screened porch. Seat; watch boats launch and dolphins frolic in Folly River. Location is perfect for touring the area and driving locally or into Charleston is piece of cake. Folly Pier is great place to soak in the warmth of the sun and people watch. Take great photos too! Great food at the pier……

“We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. Next time someone stays there, you may want to check the maintenance on the hot tub and make sure it’s working properly and very clean to me that’s important”

“Although the pictures are dated, the cottage was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Located a block off the main strip and behind the fire station, it’s not the quietest place but not loud either. It’s also fun to be able to walk and get to the great/unique local restaurants and shops so quickly. Beach access was also good and a short walk. If you want a cool old-school beach cottage that is close to the action and the beach, this place is for you. If you want secluded and……

“Our third year staying oceanfront on Kiawah Island for spring break and this home was lovely. Great location and boardwalk to sunrises, walks and biking on the beach. Home is very pretty and very well-appointed with different style bedrooms for all family members (kids and adults). Pool is large. Ping pong and pool table were a hit as well.”

“I absolutely loved my stay! Claudia and Anne were extremely kind and helpful at the front desk, the homemade breakfast is delicious and the vibe was amazing!! Couldn't recommend enough. ”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor.”
