The property was very nice and clean. Very walkable to restaurants and stores. A/C worked well. The property has an elevator although we did not need to use it as we stayed on the first floor. The hotel has no parking. It does not free water. We had to call them twice past midnight because our code did not work. Very inconvenient when coming back late to your hotel. In the past day, I asked if we could have o e extra hour for check out and I was told “no, we don’t have late check out service.” It was taken aback because instead of adding a guest to the list of happy customers, they chose to not extend a courtesy late check out by one hour.

It was a one night stay prior to moving on. It was very late when we arrived as our train was delayed. We entered the building with the code - when we reached the room the code did not work. However we rang the help number , it was answered immediately & given an upgrade to a lovely suite. Everything was fine.
