Planned hotel months ahead only to find the day we were to stay at the hotel that it had shut down leaving us in the lurch with no hotel to stay at and we had to drive all the way home in the middle of the night. We are older people, one of us disabled, and had attended a crowded concert in dangerous near 100° temp. This is exactly what we were trying to avoid!

This was an awful experience. The hotel was nothing like the representation online. Rundown, outdated, restaurant locked up with chain and bolt, no coffee, nothing! Pool closed although online said open. Maybe 3 cars in parking lot, but said online there were only 5 rooms left. Gas smell in hallway outside room. Extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Sad!!!!
On a sweltering weekend (30+ deg. C)the outdoor pool was closed for seemingly no reason and the A/C unit in our room was not working properly at all. When this was brought up at reception, they said they would send someone up to take a look which did not happen.
We never got new towels for an entire weekend. Not even an offer to tidy the room at any point.
To top it all off there’s absolutely no way that’s the longest pickle bar in the entire world. What a disaster.

Worse service ever
I woke up 7am with my bathroom covered in water .
I called them nicely and told them my problem.
They came and take a look and offered me a room next door but I needs to be cleaned first.
I declined the offer and ask the GM/Owner Miss Denise for a refund , she made it clear it’s not her fault and I’m not getting back my money and also the workers was very rude.
Please be careful!!!
