"Beautiful Property, But Management Ruined the Stay The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and had great potential for a wonderful trip. Sadly, Luxury Lodging’s mismanagement turned it into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. Our confirmed 2:00 PM early check-in code didn’t work. We stood in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls as our luggage and clothes got soaked. A downstairs neighbor told us the “owner” was coming, but a resident arrived instead,...

Little disappointment on the huge bathtub as it was dirty when I wanted to try it out hence the 4*. Hopefully it will not happen again!
