「I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor with this property. There really wasn't a luxury element. Felt as though they are relying on the ocean view, which is spectacular, and the proximity to the beach, also spectacular. Still things felt a bit run down. Overall, quite clean and well organized. Beach access and view can not be surpassed.」

「From booking to checkout, Simon was a gracious host. The property is stunning, the sunset view was my favorite. The amenities, the spacious living and the backyard for entertaining is nothing short of spectacular. We are a family of 10, most from San Diego. We were here to celebrate my son getting married at a local venue. With Simon's permission we were able to host a rehearsal luncheon. Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we felt right at home.」
