Lage ruhig, aber sehr nah zum Strand 1 min Gehminuten,

Pros: Lage, Preis-Leistung, kompletter Ablauf, Tiefgarage , Cons: Kein WLAN, auf Anfrage einen Hotspot Gerät, bei vielen Steckdosen hat ein Adapter gefehlt.
