The unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is in the loft. The washer and dryer are located in the closet in the hallway.

We provide a thorough cleaning after every stay, including changing of all bed linens and towels.

This space is not pet friendly, there is no smoking or parties permitted, and there are quiet hours after 10 pm. The age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Guests have access to the entire apartment on the second and third floors. This apartment is located above the store front Artsy Olive. The parking for this unit is located on Race Street. One parking spot is on the parking deck to the left, while the second spot is across the street marked "91 Broadway".
To enter the unit, you must walk around to the front door and enter from Broadway.
