"El sitio es espectacular para relajarse y escapar de la rutina, son solo dos habitaciones independientes donde tienes privacidad total, nadie te ve en la terraza y tienes para tomar el sol y un jacuzzi, la habitación es espaciosa, ducha grande … lo que si recomiendo es traer tu propia comida para cocinar, yo salí a cenar a un restaurante que me recomedaron ( muy bueno también ) pero la idea era relajarse y no salir. "First of all the reception staff and in particular the gentleman who booked us in were excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the nicest square in Esteponna. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and served in or outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return."

"While there were many positive aspects of our stay, several service issues fell below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel, which made our overall disappointing. On arrival, we received a warm welcome, a buggy transfer to our room, and the room itself was excellent-spacious, bright & comfortable. However, we were informed a safe would be installed in our room, and despite multiple reminders over 2 days, this never happened. The main issue throughout our stay was the buggy service. On several occasions, we waited 30+ minutes after requesting transport, requiring multiple follow-ups before a buggy arrived. This was particularly frustrating when attending a wedding, as despite arranging transport in advance, no buggy arrived and we were forced to walk to the lobby while our taxi waited. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, it felt as though the buggy service was under-resourced for the size of the resort. Our final impression was also disappointing. Checkout involved a lengthy queue, largely due to early check-ins being processed, and when we eventually reached the desk there was no enquiry about our stay or farewell. That said, there were highlights. The staff's attitude was excellent, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was outstanding. I hope the hotel reviews its buggy operations, as improving this area would significantly enhance the guest experience and better reflect the quality expected of a 5-star property."

"The place was ultra clean and even better looking than the photos. Great pool. We did walk to town and back once but a car or uber is needed if you return late. It was nice exploring the old town & beach but enjoyed returning ln the afternoon. Large Aldi not far to get food for meals if needed."

"Great base for a relaxed stay with excellent outdoor space We had a really good stay overall. The two-bedroom apartment is quite basic with older furniture, and the beds were on the firmer side, but it was equipped with everything we needed, including great air conditioning and a fully equiped kitchen. The highlights were definitely the massive, lovely patio, underground parking and the wonderful pool area. While there aren't tons of sunbeds, the complex was generally very quiet, so it wasn't an issue. It’s worth noting the property has a unique setup: it functions partly as a holiday resort and partly as residential accommodation for local European and international workers. It did get a bit noisy early one morning when residents were returning from a night out, and the pool was busy with locals on Sunday, but we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. It's a slightly different environment than a standard holiday resort, but a great, safe place to stay!"
