「Nice hotel and spacious.」

「I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. I had reserved a Family Room, but I was given a room on the second floor facing the road. I went back to reception and first asked if it was possible to change the room to one with a mountain view, as we were travelling with a child and did not want to listen to traffic. The receptionist told me that Family Rooms were only available on that side of the hotel. So I then asked if it would be possible to give us a room on a higher floor instead,...

「The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.」

「New small hotel right on the ski slopes. Excellent condition.」

「It was a very beautiful place, and overall our stay was perfect. However, some parts of the rooms and the property could use renovation or repairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.」

「Great place to stay」

「Es hat uns alles gefallen. Essen Top, Freundlichkeit Top, Aqua Park Top Umgebung wunderschön. Einziges Minuspunkt , wir konnten Abend keine Heizung im Zimmer einschalten. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und Preisleistungsverhähltniss super. Wir werden wieder komnen.」
