「My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible. 」

「Room was spacious and clean. I there is a mini fridge and a microwave which was quite useful. Change of towels etc daily. Relatively quiet. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good but should have more vegetarion/vegan options. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was helpful.」

The Check in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean and very comfortable...the only issues that was encountered at the time were the living room air-conditioning and the broken counter top stove which were both resolved in a timely manner. 「Host was very welcoming. Greeted me as I arrived and showed me the spacious room with basic needs. Pleasantly surprised I got a kitchenette. Great price for the stay.」
