“I stayed there one night to move my kid out of UofA dorms so the location was perfect. Parking around the hotel is scarce so you have to valet. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. The hotel’s vibe is warm, comfortable, and trendy, with a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant that overlooks the city and campus. The guest room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. “Pros: new property, excellent staff, very clean inside the hotel and in the parking lot, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, very nice bathroom, free coffee and tea, snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby, very quiet, pool, outdoor seating area, Walmart and restaurants across the street...the list goes on, honestly. “Nice hotel, extremely helpful services. Clean, spacious and fully equipped rooms. A little bit noisy if you live in a room facing the roads. ”

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”

“The accommodation is spacious. 2 BR - 2 bath. The operational functionality was suspect. First, the electronic lock failed not once but twice. Jose was able to correct it remotely. Also none of the wall outlets in the master bedroom worked. (Fuse?) Then there was a key difficulty getting into the pool/jacuzzi area. And the jacuzzi jets weren’t operating. All in all, a commitment to general maintenance that was very disappointing!”
