「This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening.」

「The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. 」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「This property is probably the best in VERO three generations. I grew up in this town and coming back to stay at this hotel. I must say it’s absolutely perfect. The restaurant food at the hotel was spot on, the pool/Jacuzzi we enjoyed every day/night wonderful restaurants, walking distance, only negative thing the entire stay was no steam room or sauna for such a beautiful hotel. It should be mandatory. Lol 」
