The surroundings of Oakridge Ranch teem with wildlife, including whitetail deer, Blackbuck antelope, Ringtail, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Wild Turkeys, Gray Fox, and Dove, providing a captivating view from the pool, hot tub, or the serene rocking chairs on the porch.
This truly unique home will exceed your expectations and more! Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plus an outdoor bath/shower, it offers abundant space for everyone to unwind and relish their privacy. The expansive lower level features a cozy living room, perfect for intimate gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen makes culinary creations a joy, aided by dual dishwashers for effortless cleanup. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. There is no fencing around the property.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
