Enjoy modern amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Wake up to stunning hill-country views through the bedroom's massive windows that open onto the patio. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. We're located in the heart of the Texas Wine Trail - minutes away from local wineries and no more than a 20 minutes drive to Fredericksburg or Johnson City. We're situated on 14 acres of undisturbed land and our goal is to create a modern retreat in the Hill Country.

    The property was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The pool was clean, clear and cold! I thoroughly enjoyed and plan on staying at this property again!

    Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! The owner was very responsive to my questions. It was well stocked and we loved our time in the pool and visiting the cows. We would 10000% stay here again!

    This is a true hidden gem! Very relaxing stay. Beautiful property. Especially for couples. It was nice to be there with another pair of newlyweds. Host was incredibly kind and responsive. We look forward to coming back.
