“HORRIBLE! WORST hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot! Curtain sheers were shredded. Visible stains on bedspreads but when I removed them, there were stains on the duvet underneath. Linens looked worse than my rags; thin, worn and not white. One had washcloths looked like it had been used to white up mud and then not bleached.
When I opened the bathroom door, there was a very strong urine smell. I asked for bleach at the front desk and had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it.……

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive.
Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout.
Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”
