Fui bem recebida, local é confortável, mas no check-out foi dito que sumiu uma fronha de travesseiro. Como estávamos com pressa pois iríamos para o Beto Carrero e eu ja havia mandado minhas malas, disse que pagaria pela fronha que a princípio foi cobrado 50 reais, após questionar baixou para 20. O que ainda era alto o valor vide que o jogo de cama era de baixa qualidade. Detalhe, após desfazer minhas malas não havia nenhuma fronha no meio das minhas coisas.

Tem potencial para melhorar se pensar no hospede!

Boa localizacao, WIFI, quarto limpo e confortavel, embora o forte cheiro ruim no banheiro. Excelente atendimento por parte da Alice e Vanessa, muito educadas, queridas e atenciosas! Vejo que ha pouca experiencia por parte da gerencia, pois ao nao entregar o Quarto Basico reservado para o hospede, com banheiro privativo, acabou cobrando uma diferenca na reserva para colocar o hospede em outro quarto, mencionando que seria um upgrade. Nao solicitei upgrade, apenas queria o quarto reservado, sem ter que pagar um so centavo por isto. Erro de edicao dos quartos disponiveis para locacao por parte da hospedagem, onde o hospede nao pode ser prejudicado. Area compartilhada de cozinha com pia e microoondas, porem sem nenhuma geladeira para que os hospedes possam aramanezar seus alimentos, ja que se trata de uma pousada e area compartilhada. Atras da porta dos quartos, nao ha uma carta de boas vindas, porem ao inves disto, uma lista de multas totalmente absurdas, como nao poder comer nos quartos, algo que vi somente nesta pousada, em mais 14 anos de viagens em mais de 300 hospedagens realizadas em hostels, pousadas e hoteis em mais de 55 paises do mundo nos cinco continentes. O horario do silencio acaba com hospedes falando muito alto na recepcao, acordando os demais. Falta bom senso e intervencao por parte da pousada para coibir tal comportamento egoista e desrespeito, a fim de nao prejudicar o sono e descanso dos demais.

Otima opcao no centro de Joinville

Embora problemas iniciais com a primeira reserva por erro de comunicao e edicao de anuncio entre Hoteis.com e a pousada, as condicoes gerais atenderam as minhas necessidades. Quarto limpo com camas confortaveis, ar condicionado, TV, bom banheiro e sinal WIFI. Localizacao excelente em lugar calmo, proximo do centro da cidade, comercio e restaurantes. Atendimento cordial por parte de todos os funcionarios, principalmente dqueles que tive mais contato, a Alice e a Vanessa, funcionarias muito dedicadas, queridas, educadas e atenciosas. Parabens meninas pelo excelente atendimento!
