We did not check in and you have our money. This is the most outrageous experience we’ve had in all of our years of travel. When we tried to contact Expedia you found it convenient not to be there for your clients. We contacted the hotel to be told that Expedia never contacted them about a refund of our money. We will take this matter to the Better Business assn and further if necessary to get our money back.

Room was never cleaned sheets were never changed the whole 5 days of stay.i was put on the 3rd floor of a walk up and asked to change rooms to a lower floor that never happened couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to the bats and birds flying around outside eating area full of flies couldn't enjoy your meal you have to ask for towels or else you won’t get them

This property is run down. The stuff is really nice. The beach is amazing. The food needs more flavor and variety. But you will get what you paid for. They are doing their best from what they have. We had a good time but will be not coming back until they upgrade. But this place has a lot of potential.

We enjoyed our stay at Jolly Beach Resort. Jolly Good: Beach itself was amazing, turquoise water and white sand. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to help us. Buffet for breakfast, Coconut Grill for lunch and Pizza Factory for dinner were all good. Cons: Buffet for lunch and dinner were average, a little repetitive but they do their best to have different “themes”. We expected this and there headed out to try local food on some nights. The rooms were definitely dated and in need of a service and refresh but enough space in the King Superior on the ground floor. Very little to do with few organized activities. We tried the bingo at Mangroves (which we enjoyed!) but few people attended. Beyond that, not much planned to engage people. Overall, the price is right and if you’re looking for a quiet spot on a gorgeous beach, and come in with the right attitude, you’ll enjoy the stay. Just be mindful that you’re not choosing this place for the rooms or food, but the staff will help you enjoy the trip.

Came with mixed expectations following other reviews. Very pleasantly surprised! Food good at buffet but terrible pizzas at bookable restaurant (hence not given 5/5) Beach and sea stunning, always sunbeds available, huge pool but also very quiet Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and super comfy bed, hot powerful showers. Great views, noisy generator near our room but didn’t stop us sleeping. Value for money - yes, but don’t come if you are looking for 5*, table service, housekeeping

The Room was Outdated. We had to ask to move rooms because the toilet Was Leaking sewage. The Staff weren't helpful until they smelled the issue. The Food is not great. The main Restaurant is closed three nights of the week. The Beach is amazing and the Beach grill is Amazing as well! The On-site shop is barley open and has limited items. The front desk staff are really rude and not helpful.

The room 3343 was ok for a short stay but the door handle was falling off the sliding bathroom door was also falling off the paint was filthy big black hand prints all over the edges . The shower tile grout was slopped All over the base and you could barely see the drain hole. Balcony was nice but the door was very hard to open. Wifi is terrible we had to unplug the room router to be able to get even intermittent wifi. The buffet was very boring every lunch dinner 1-rice 1-veg 1- potato 2-meats usually curry. We didn’t go hungry but for the price I expected a better variety. There is no coffee bar for lattes or cappuccinos it is all carafe coffee. The pool was nice and the beach as well accept for all the empty drug dime bags and a few syringes laying around . The staff were all lovely though ! Not my idea of an “all inclusive “ resort
