“This property was everything as advertised. Very clean, walking distance to championship park. Dawn and Eric were both quick to respond to our questions. Would recommend to anyone coming to Kokomo and will definitely book again.”

“The condo is in a nice, safe community with friendly neighbors. It had a well stocked kitchen for all our cooking/eating needs. The setting overlooking the lake with the geese and ducks was peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of seating area to enjoy together. Although we did not need it, there is a chair lift to help handicapped people upstairs to the main level. Finally, it is close to needed shopping/ restaurant. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future visits with family.”

“My daughter and I spent 1 night during our Frank Lloyd Wright week in the mid-west. The house was in great shape. Sleeps 6, feeds more than 6. Has a industrial strength kitchen. It was very nice.”

“The house was very convenient for us. It offered three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Although we didn't use it much, the kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated the Keurig and pods that were provided.”

“Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable.”

“The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.”

“the house is very nice in general and in a great central Kokomo location. However the kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking "in" - minimal cooking pots/utensils, no baking equipment, etc. and we never found a sheet for the master bedroom in spite of searching closets per hosts instructions.”

“Cute surprisingly little home that fit our needs well. It was clean and very modern. The sofa did have a patch on it and we did notice the outside was needing some landscaping done but other than that, it was nice!”
