“Perfect! Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean, wonderful and gracious hosts, adorable farm animals, beautiful landscaping!! Nearby Mt Airy is a great place to spend the day…Andy Griffith Museum, Gertrude Smith House, so many unique shops, great local eating establishments. Make sure to check out Kim’s unique metal art sold at Mayberry Antiques!!!! Go hiking at Hanging Rock State Park and check out the five waterfalls. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Kim and Randy for a relaxing……

“After long days working on land we own in the area, we found ourselves relishing the nice clean hot tub and listening to nothing but the sound of the pine needles in the breeze. There is so much to experience here - if we had more energy! Great backyard lawn and fire pit area with plenty of firewood and even some fatwood to get things started -as well as a nice deck and outdoor seating attached to the house. We enjoyed having dinners in at night and the cabin worked really well for us having a……

“Cozy cabin. Very comfortable. I think my girlfriend is ready to move in. Abundant wildlife and I will bring my binoculars next time. Be aware that there is a secured ladder going into the loft where the bedroom and bathroom is located. This wasn’t a problem for us, got used to it quickly. Nice porch, protected from weather. We like it and plan to return soon. ”

The adorable bungalow was comfortable and well stocked and we were so grateful to them for going the extra mile to get the fold out bed ready for our daughter when they new we were going to have a very late night check in. We extend our thanks for their compassion and flexibility to accommodate us so last minute. We will gladly return to their home when duty calls again.”
