“Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26.”

“Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

“I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past……

“I absolutely loved my stay at Rewind in Des Moines and would definitely stay here again! We stayed Friday through Monday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need is nearby. Walmart and Target are less than five minutes away, and there are plenty of great dining and shopping options close by, including spots like Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden, as well as Jordan Creek Town Center for even more shopping. “A very convenient and comfortable property. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast bar is just enough to get you going. Staff was courteous and efficient. It's very easy to reach off the expressway but getting back to the expressway was a little challenging”

“The shower was broken in room 247. I didn’t have time in the morning when I discovered it was broken to get it fixed.”

“Since the rooms have been upgraded in the past, they are very pleasant to stay in. The exterior cleanliness could be a little bit better, but the rooms and interior cleanliness was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and I checked in and out quickly. The motel is a great choice for quick no frills stays.”

“Trash bags in the elevator Staff more worried about cigarettes than helping me check in. Office closes at 9. Was told if I needed anything to hope they woke up after 9pm. It’s a joke. Pay a little more and go across the street”
