"Toilet seat wasn't properly fastened! Ice machine was broken. Shower was hot and water pressure was strong. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was really good from a machine!"

"We arrived later than expected, was met by a lovely lady who made our checkin easy! Breakfast was included and was fantastic. The pool was clean, exercise room was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and quiet hotel."

"Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown."
