「The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us. The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location.」

「Beautiful river setting, plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the river and small game wildlife. Great star gazing from the hot tub…a very relaxing private spot.」

「This place is amazing and I'd recommend it to everyone. Great experience, wonderful accommodations. Well thought out and appointed. Very clean and super affordable. No options in this area without an RV or a tent and lots to see and do here from the Redwoods to the Oregon and California coast and the Oregon Caves. 」

「Place was nice. It is on a main road and in a sometimes busy parking lot and next door to a 420 shop. Parking is not designated so it’s first come first serve so keep that in mind. Also the Tap house “My Place” was not open 7 days a week and on days open they close at 10pm. If your staying for a long period of time make sure to bring towels as they only provide enough for a couple nights but I had to use one for wiping up the overspray from the open shower and also one for drying dishes in the...

「Stay was nice, no complaints. It was a cute place with plenty of character. Comfortable mattress.」

「In general, the space was acceptable, but there were a number of issues. The inexpensive blinds did not create a completely private space (and one was broken). The silverware in the drawer appeared poorly cleaned. The wifi network was only available the first of the three-day stay, which made being there for a work trip quite difficult. Upon entering the space, there was a distasteful smell, which I believe was the use of a fragrance to cover up a moldy smell.」

「Wonderful decor, great 25 mile view, woodsy quiet vibe, yet close to downtown area and nearby Rogue River Rafting at the Morrison Resort….and even an outdoor hot tub ready to go at 101 degrees. I’ve stayed at least 20 b&b type places in the last two years, but none better than this one.」
