Quiet, up & coming neighborhood with free parking in the garage, driveway, and on the street. Everything is easily accessible by car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).

You'll have access to the entire house, front and backyards (backyard is fully fenced), patio, and garage. The front door is a self check-in smart lock. The garage door opener will be provided to you upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
• Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere that Joshua Tree is known for. Noise travels easily across the desert landscape, and neighbors are very mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 10 guests; no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. No other animals are permitted. If a cat or any other animal is brought without our approval, a $500 fine will be applied.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request only and must be approved in advance ($25/hr), up to a maximum of 2 hours. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval may result in a $500 fee.
• Please check for all personal belongings before checkout. Items left behind may not be recoverable or returned.

PET RULES & ETIQUETTE
Pet limit: A maximum of one pet is allowed.
Furniture: Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Cleanliness: Before checkout, please ensure there is no pet hair, urine, or feces anywhere inside the house or on the property.
Additional cleaning fees: The pet fee covers permission to bring your pet, not extra cleaning. If excessive pet hair, mess, urine, or feces is found after checkout, additional cleaning charges will apply.
Undeclared pets: Bringing a pet without informing us and receiving approval will result in a $500 fine.
