“The place is really great. They have an extensive collection of antiques and art that is very unique and special.
They have certain details that make the stay very special.
The only thing is that when we searched for a place to stay we had selected pet friendly in the filters. Usually in expedia when you get charged online everything you must pay is included but when we got there we were informed our pet had to pay an extra $ 25.00.

“This part of our journey through Guatemala was to stay at this hotel and relax, and we did just that. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, but be prepared to climb stairs and steep inclines but not to worry, they are very accommodating with the one golf cart they have for the guests. “Based on previous reviews I was quite skeptical. Having my own experience at the Grand Hotel has made me realize I cannot make my decisions based on reviews.
My hotel stay here was great! The staff: friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms: comfortable, quiet with VERY HOT WATER! I needed help connecting to wifi, done! I needed toiletries: provided. The breakfast that’s included in the very good price: delicious and good portion. The outdoor space: green and pleasant to walk around in.
