「We spent the holiday weekend here with the kids and our in-laws from Virginia. Beautiful cabin with lots of space, and we loved day-tripping to Medoc Mountain State Park (no entry fee!). Because someone lives here when not rented, it felt lived-in and the cabin had everything we could need.」

Wonderfully spacious rooms allowed for ease in enjoying utilizing them, and the host was extremely prompt in responding to inquiries and providing helpful information. 「My two daughters and I had a great time at Sasquatch Ranch! Between the goats, paddle boat, corn hole, gas grill and outdoor fireplaces, fresh eggs in our fridge upon our arrival (YUM!) and the super cute and clean place we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and low stress overnight stay. Dean was an amazing and kind host, making sure we had everything we needed and even gave us treats for the goats! They were so sweet and funny and each had such a different personality… The property was...

「When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!」

「Great location- amazing boathouse and had everything we needed. Deep water off end of dock and in cove. Caught a 30lb catfish off the dock!. Amazing screened porch for watching the rain annd storms roll through. All the positives outweigh any negatives- which we only had 2. We have bad knees and toilets were a little low- so that is just a personal issue :), and the raccoons are too smart- got into the cans even with the bungees still on them. 「The inside of the house was great, we enjoyed the layout of each floor and the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the living spaces felt like home. The bedrooms had ample storage & closet space and the bathrooms were nice. The outside of the house was disappointing. It desperately needed cleaning, there were cobwebs and bugs' nests everywhere. Perhaps we were the first patrons of the summer and the property just hadn't been cleaned up yet. The boathouse and dock were covered in...
