The family apartment is located on the second floor of the Bracht apartment building and is accessible by stairs and elevator. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright, modernly furnished, and flooded with natural light. Both the bedroom and living room open onto a spacious south-facing balcony overlooking the garden.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2013 and is tastefully and lovingly furnished. In addition to the fully equipped living room with kitchenette (including dishwasher and microwave), the apartment features a comfortable sofa bed, a separate, spacious bedroom, and a separate shower room.
