Great place with amazing location

We loved staying here. The location is great. Close to downtown Julian, but far enough away from the crowds. We loved the brewery and cider options right downstairs and there's a nice restaurant, pizza place, and pie spot within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Located away from busy downtown Julian but is a nice hub for visiting surrounding areas. Quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay.

Short getaway

Loved the loft, so many things to do in walking distance, the host had a book with local things to do and they even answered my email and gave us a good dinner spot recommendations. I would stay there again.

We stayed during the week and it was very nice and quiet. Very clean and had all the amenities you need. Very close to julian and shops. Will come back next time!

Sent my kids and their Aunt so they could do something for their school break... They enjoyed the chance to relax and visit the area. They report The Loft was nice and made their stay enjoyable!

Total Gem

Stayed here with my spouse and two kids ages 3 and 7 and it was just perfect. The location could not be better. Fort Cross is across the street as is apple picking. Downstairs there were so many fun things for my kids to do. My only concern had been that it would be noisy since it is just off the road and next to the junction, but it was quiet as can be and we all slept great.

Cute Historic Loft

Cute place & beautiful Mountain Views ! We read every review before booking here. Lots talked about being family friendly, a great quiet location.. etc. You hear no noise from the Taste Room as the description says, because you hear it from the highway.. No one mention the fact that we would have to bring a case of bottled water for our family, because the tap water has a system, that did what for it in the end?? It was smelly & tasted awful. We had other concerns to be addressed, to which the Owner was very kind but we will not be returning like others said they would.

It was a fun place to stay. We enjoyed visiting Julian Station and then sitting on the porch at night. It was pretty well equipped, but some of the cookware could stand to be updated and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Like a 70's cabin next tona main road with motorcycles ripping by all night had to have the windows open. Nothing is open in the evening or in the morning so you have to drive a few miles. Pretty area but there are regular hotels, we ended up leaving the 2nd night because it was a motorcycle rally and well its on the road hot with open windows and bikes blared music w pipes to wake everyone. Beautiful area...

Great weekend getaway

The Loft @ Julian station was a fun little weekend getaway for our family. There was no need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance. Good food, cold drinks and music in the evening. Would definitely come stay again.

Fun getaway

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Wish more of the places were open during the week but there was still plenty to do. The hosts communicated and made us feel welcome.
