Attractive cottage by the sea.
The holiday home is on a quiet and green holiday park 600 metres from the dunes. You walk 15 minutes to the beach entrance through the dunes and another 5 minutes through the beautiful dunes to stand with your feet in the surf. The beach is clean and stretches almost endlessly. Dogs are allowed off the beach! Julianadorp has a shopping centre with all the necessary shops and several nice restaurants in various price ranges. The area lends itself to lovely walks or cycle trips and, of course, to enjoying the endless beach and dunes. Nice touch: Julianadorp and its surroundings have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands! The park is spacious and is situated between the village centre and the sea. The village has several nice restaurants and an indoor shopping centre. So everything at hand! Opposite the house is a cosy restaurant where the sound is off in the evening.
The spacious plot (530 m²) is fully fenced. There is a sunny terrace with a glass windbreak and a dining table for 9 people and there is a covered terrace for long summer evenings outside. Adjacent to the covered terrace is a terrace with a fixed barbecue. Two bicycles are available. In the garden there is a sandpit and a double swing for children. 50 metres away (on the park) is a large playing/sports field.
The house is tastefully and practically furnished and is ideal for families with several children or for a number of couples who want to spend a cosy holiday together. On the ground floor (70 m²) is a living room with cosy seating area and a sunny conservatory with a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, the first with a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and the second with two single beds (box spring 90 cm). There are two bathrooms on the ground floor. The first bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Bathroom two has a washbasin and walk-in rain shower. Under the stairs to the first floor are a washing machine and tumble dryer (in cupboard). Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 cm), a cot with chest of drawers and a single bed (box spring 90 cm). In the open space on the first floor there is a double bed (140 cm), a cot and a single bed (90 cm). To reach the upstairs bedroom, you have to walk through this space. Also on the first floor is a room with a toilet with washbasin. There is also a drying rack and an ironing board here.
The park is located in Julianadorp, 600 metres from the dunes on a wide access road with footpath and cycle path. The beach is therefore easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The park is quiet. The cottages are all detached and widely spaced. Flower bulbs are grown in the area. In spring it is a sea of flowers! The surroundings are perfect for lovely cycling trips. Various excursions are possible. Just 1.5 km away is the centre of Julianadorp with an indoor shopping centre with many shops such as supermarkets, baker, butcher, fish shop, pet shop, bookshop, flower shop, department store, eateries, etc. Dogs are allowed to run loose on the beaches from 1 October to 1 May. In the period from 1 May to 1 October, dogs must be leashed between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.. In the evening and early morning, they are therefore allowed to run free. In the summer period, however, it is possible to run loose on the dog beach (approx. 3 km long). A 10-minute drive away is a beautiful nature reserve with woods, grassland and water, where dogs are allowed to run free all year round. There are several restaurants in Julianadorp, the closest one is opposite the house. There are several beach pavilions on the beach, the nearest of which, Beach Pavilion Paal 6, is open all year round.
