「For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. 「Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. 「The home was clean and our beds were comfortable. We arrived at the property late and left early but, not before enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. It felt so great outside and the view was so peaceful - especially with a quick morning rain. Finding the place was challenging but, the host made sure to provide an alternative way to find it. Would stay again the next time that we are in the area. 」

「The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. 」

「It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us.」

「I stayed for 5 days with my son. We loved the place and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the song of the coqui every night and the rooster every morning. If I come back to Caguas I will definitely stay at this place again. The house has everything you need. The owner always answers your calls no matter the time. I recommend this place 100%. 」

「Kinda hard to find in the dark.The house is beautiful and very close to rain forest. Close to groceries, beach, places to eat. The rain forest sounds at night are amazing !!Only disappointment was hot tub wasn’t working 」
