“Pleasant staff, nice clean room.”

“I Paid for my room in advance. Only to find a bad surprise: at the time of check in they requested a $250 room deposit. This was not specified to me in rhe expedia web site. And nowhere in any of the emails I received in Advance. Not only was the staff at the hotel not willing to gelp but they simply told me that i should leave the property and proceded to cancel my room reservation.
