“The room was clean and the staff was great!”

“Juno Beach is a lovely, laid back beach. The hotel is across the street from beach access. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean if you like to jog/walk. The pool at the hotel is a nice size and it was heated! The day we were there was chilly. Breakfast was really good! Hot items like scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels and even bikes at no charge! “Parking was easy and lighted. I was not concerned.”

“We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night. Host was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the kitchen and living area as well. Walls are thin so we could hear everything and since it is close to the road there is a traffic noise. We think it was a good value and we would stay again. ”

“I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! They had a some kind of large blue WiFi that would stay on lit half the room up hard to sleep broken fire alarm the pillows seem like they where from……

“This was our second stay at the property, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We were charged more than the amount we originally booked for, and at the time, we were told the excess would be refunded—but we never received it. On top of that, we were charged an additional $20 for a stained shower curtain, even though the shower was not used during our stay. While the property itself is nice, our experience with the billing was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend……

“When I got there it was after 2 am my plane was late. I was in a horrible room I believe the missed cleaning. Couldn’t sleep that first night at all. Next morning went to front desk and tel them about my experience and the definitely helped me and were concerned about my experience. They gave me a different room and my experience was wonderful after that. That woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so was the security guard at night when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this……

“Great location! I loved it and would definitely go back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. The snack and coffee bar is wonderful, love this idea and I wish all hotels had it. Getting coffee and breakfast every morning was so convenient and the selection offered was awesome. We didn't have a car so we didn't have to worry about parking. We walked most places, there are restaurants and shops close by. No elevator, so think about the size of your luggage. Be aware of……
