Great location, very clean a spacious for our group. View was amazing and we were close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot

Can’t beat the ocean views! Saw the turtles swimming from the balcony. Condo updated and pics very accurate. Appreciated the beach chairs. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful plantation

Spacious, nice you had a cooler and chairs, umbrella would be nice. Loved our place. Nice location Table was nice to play games with the family. We appreciate the washer and dryer with a few pods you left. Thank you.

Quiet and great view!

Unfortunatley our week in Maui was mostly rainy but staying at this Condo with its great views made it better. The location was quiet yet very short distance to all sorts of activity, shopping and beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was everything promised. Ocean view was spectacular. Had a great BBG & to our surprise the rental came with 4 very nice beach chairs & 2 large coolers, which we used. After exploring the kitchen we found all we needed to prepare & serve two large family dinners which we enjoyed at the large table. The Pool was great. Easy & ample parking right outside our front door. Very quiet area. Great shopping close by. Will go back for sure. Loved this place.

Great place to stay

Overall this was a great place. Some things I wish I had known: 1- there is no air conditioning on main level where kitchen and gathering area is. Also no bathroom fan on main level so it get hot and steamy with showers and laundry 2- there is a queen and two king beds upstairs, one pull out sofa bed on main level. Add said there was a futon and queen in one room which was not correct 3- pool does not have a very good shallow end. Overall location was great, place was very clean and grill was nice. Would stay again if there was A/C on main level.

Great location

Has issues with bugs and loud air conditioner in master bedroom. Also had a hard time finding the unit upon late arrival as the number of the townhome was not on the app. Called the after hours and was able to find out but took a little while till we found our units. On the positive note, location is close to everything and the property size was perfect for our family. I would probably stay at a resort next time as this was our first ever VRBO experience and did not think the experience was the same as an actual resort or hotel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was terrific and the view put it over the top. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch. Other than that I highly recommend the property.
