設備の保守・補修
お湯が出なくて、修理してもらったが、直ったと言っていたがお湯が出なく て、部屋を変えた。 シャワーのお湯の出が少ない。 設備的に欠けや破損があっても、一時的な補修かそのままの部分がある。 シャワー室の床がふにゃふにゃしていて心もとない。
