「This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well...

This is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen available to make meals or store our restaurant leftovers. 「The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots, and pans we needed. We used the vacuum to keep the floor tidy. And it was nice to have a dishwasher. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature and the pool and grill area was nice and clean. We loved being close to the beach, good coffee shop and restaurants.」

「Nice Condo! Just wish they would have warned me about the road closures and the dirt from the mudslide. The condo was clean and had all I needed. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work and the dryer only worked twice before it broke again. It was nice and quiet. May want to check the AC. It seemed to be running constantly and I kept it at 72 or higher. Anyway, it was a nice vacation rental and I appreciate you letting me rent it!!」
