It was fine.
The property itself is aesthetically pleasing. The beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. Cookware was good. There were two things that happened during our stay that were not great. The first was on our way to the property after stopping at Costco (traveling with 5 kids for 8 nights) I received a text from maintenance that the refrigerator was a few degrees warmer than they’d like and would bring a replacement. The problem was that the replacement wasn’t coming for 6 days. We went inside and the fridge was actually warm. I texted and explained my dilemma since I had just spent over $400 at Costco and now had no way to keep the groceries cold. They said there was nothing they could do. It wasn’t until I said I should be reimbursed that a temporary fridge was promised that night. A temporary fridge was brought and placed in the dining area. The new fridge arrived 6 days later and the replacement was removed. We were thankful.
The other thing was a couple days into our stay our gate code denied our access. Again, I called and texted. The lady that answered my call was confused about the gate even needing a code and thought we gained access through an intercom. I explained at least three times. She said she’d call me back. We waited at least 20 minutes in the car. Security ended up letting us in. Maintenance texted shortly after with a new code that worked.
While these things were not horrible, they were disruptive but overall a nice stay.
