Rest assured that 1 Bedroom plus Loft will be ready for you and your trip, as we are one of the very few condos that have a LEGAL vacation rental NUC certificate!

We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Please note that our license requires we have the names of all guests and valid government ID for guest that booking is listed under.
