The property is not located on Turtle Bay as advertised. The host did text that it was not in Kuilima but near Sunset beach,so I asked for directions 4 different times with no response. So I checked my Vrbo texts and went by their directions that gave me a Kuilima Dr. address on November 2nd.so I trusted that it was in Kuilima and kept our reservation. On the day we were to arrive,we finally got directions to the property from the host and realized it was actually not at the Kuilima address. Since we finally got there at around midnight there was no choice but to stay the night as we had nowhere for us to go. The next morning we canceled the reservation and requested a refund and the Host said she would need to charge for the night we stayed and would figure out the amount of the reund and call me back. Since there was no call back I then called Vrbo and was told she said there would be no refund.With better communication and a true address in the listing this could all have been avoided.
