The cottage has a gorgeous private lanai/patio that is surrounded by a garden full of lush banana trees, pomelo, papaya, starfruit, lemon tree & tropical foliage. The bedroom has a king size bed with soft comfortable linens. A/C unit as well as cable, flat screen tv & WIFI. TV is located in the bedroom there is no tv in living area. We are located in Lanikai, steps away from a beautiful Ocean. Enjoy a short paddle to explore the Mokulua Island. Paddle board & snorkeling are steps away from your cottage. In Kailua will find a great selection of restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores and shops.
Enjoy an outside hot and cold shower when returning from the beach. There is a laundry room available for your convenience.
Kayaks available for rent. It is more convenient to take the board from here rather than having to drive to the shop to make the rental.

Rates, Booking and Cancellations:
1. The online calendar and nightly rate is updated in real time and availability is subject to owner and/or guest occupancy. Please select your desired dates and submit a booking or reservation request.
2. Once we confirm your reservation, the dates surrounding your booking will be blocked to remain in county compliance (see statement above).
3. 50% payment due at booking. 50% payment due 60 days prior to check in.
