Enjoy a coconut while sitting on the famous Magic sands Beach, or a maitai while watching sunset at the world class resturant located in the building. Public Transpertation runs to kailua kona hourly. With a beautiful park on the other side of the building with Beach access. Everything you need for a amazing Hawaiian vacation.

A little dated but I can’t complain! AWESOME location, talk about ocean front! Ocean is about 10 yds from the room. I also like the convenient location. Market is nearby and easy access to freeway etc.

Clean and Great Location. Next to ocean, from only 25 yards away. We even saw a group of dolphins playing in water from condo French door in the morning.
