This luxurious gated community is a walk a way from grocery store, restaurants, and shops; and a short drive (10-15 min) from the famous oceanfront downtown Kona. There is a very care-free feel to this community that cannot be beat!!

**Please note that the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club has announced that the pool will be closed from April 15th until May 3rd due to a replaster project that is scheduled. Therefore, we have discounted rates during that time to accommodate guests not having access to the pool. This will not interfere with all the other amenities that the Club provides such as the pickleball courts and barbeque areas.
