“Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again.”

“The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!”

“Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the……

“Alles war in ordnung”

“Fijne ruime kamer. Fijn dat we buiten openingstijd konden inchecken.”

“Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY.”

“The staff was fantastic and friendly. The café was great. My only complaint is that the desk closed at 4:30 or 5, which was a little inconvenient. But our overall stay was very nice.”

“Good stay”

“Property exactly as described, with great access to the area. It had everything we needed”

“Typiquement allemand, on ne trouve plus d établissement comme ça de nos jours : salles très spacieuses, hautes de plafond donc plus difficiles à chauffer... etc.. Bon restaurant. En pleine nature à côté de Kaiserslautern. Confort suffisant pour les chambres, bons sanitaires”

“I had a clean, comfortable, charming room, which was kept well stocked with delicious teas and coffee (plus real dishes, a microwave and refrigerator, to make it even more homey). Staff was kind, welcoming and friendly. The whole place is lovely and the breakfast is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay here!”

“Clean and great place to stay. ”

“A wonderful place to stay with wonderful host! Quiet town in an excellent location. I heartily encourage everyone to stay here.”
