「Four of us (adults) stayed for a long weekend. The weather was rubbish so stayed a large part of that indoors playing games. The lounge was warm and spacious so it suited us just fine. The place sleeps nine which meant one of the bedrooms, i felt, was a bit cluttered with beds and hard to get around. Overall very happy and would stay again」

「 The character of the building is interesting, the setting is amazing, great privacy while still being close, access to the beaches is well formed steep track so great if you are able. Access to the house requires use of steps and there are some accessibility challenges. There is everything you could want to enjoy your stay. 」

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to this wonderful home, the location is perfect with wonderful sunrises and almost directly backing onto the Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park. 「Loved the views in all directions, quick walk to both little Kaiteriteri beach and Kaiteriteri beach. The balcony areas were lovely with loads of seating, very clean and tidy. Inside the house it was very clean and tidy too! Very comfortable beds and pillows, lovely showers and a beautiful dinning table.Very clear instructions given for everything and great communication from host.We would stay again, loved it!」

「We enjoyed hiking down the trail to Kaiteriteri each day, taking in the gorgeous views and bird calls. If it’s really hot, know that there is not AC and the windows don’t have screens on them to keep bugs out at dusk. At other times of day, we were able to open the windows and let cool air in. 「The outdoor and indoor space is very convenient for a big group accomodation. Clean house, equiped with complete utensils and laundry stuff. The place is warm enough just suites for the weather when ww were there. Must be convenient enough for summer as the location is has an overview of the sea .We enjoyed our stay and could recommend to anyone. The host was so accomodating and expressed great comms. before and even after the booking just to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied.」

「We arrived and were personally greeted by Steve. I’ve been too many accommodations in my life and I have never had a host like Steve. He was absolutely superb. We originally planned to stay for two nights and because of the.Bonhomie of the place we stayed a total of six days and five nights. We would have stayed all the way to the end of our trip. This was an unexpected find and you have a really open mind. I highly recommended to book this place. Just remember, it’s not the faint heart. 」

「Great house, has everything you need, was a great base to come and go as we where in the area for a wedding, cosy, comfortable,and private very handy to shops, we where really impressed photo's don't do it justice was lovely and clean and felt very welcoming.」
