“Beautiful property with lovely grounds, nice pool/spa and great breakfast buffet. Lovely stay!”

“Overall the property is is unique location or i could say outstanding location where you will never find a place like Lapota in the middle of nature. One thing i didnt like is the staff hygiene in which the bar tender is washing the glass with water only and serving the drink to the next customer. Also the room cleaning service need to improve alot, the staff did not clean the room and washroom floor, and did not change the bed sheet even it was dirty. Thanl you lapota team for the great……

“Loved the Communal Hotel in Telavi. It's charming and beautifully designed. We stayed in room no 6 which had balcony access, which made for a lovely few hours of reading. It's right across from Kera, a ceramic shop and 3 minutes walk away from Odlisi (a must-try cheese bar). Its restaurant, Doli, is fantastic and the breakfast was also amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This is a total disaster. We booked hotel and when we arrived were told that Telavi Inn doesn't work with hotels.com. Hotel staff doesn't speak English. Hotel is old and outdated. They didn't even looked at my ID not check the reservation number. I spent over hour calling hotels.com and arguing with hotel staff just to be thrown out. Do not go there!!! This is barely 2 star motel ”

“Here was amazing, the breakfast was superb, the kids were running arround, because the hotel is first line on the lake. Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away. Amazing stay! ”

“我要投訴這間酒店之住宿安排，約於半年前訂下此酒店，當時訂下2個房間，1間給我，另一間同我朋友訂的，於4/10當日下午check in, 當時被安排入住另一座樓，要往室外走去，當時見那座樓非常殘舊，而我安排入住之房閒設施殘舊，打開露台門見環境非常惡劣，什麼人也可以行過，沒有私隱度。我朋友那間還好一些。我即時行往那座新座樓同櫃檯投訴，她們有為我轉往此新樓的，但不退新樓與舊樓之差樓。因我有另2位朋友同行，但他們自己訂，與我同時期的，他們訂房之價格Gel 288 standard room, 而我訂那二間當時價格Gel 340 Superior room, 價錢竟然高過新座樓之價格，簡直不合理。因不滿，故此我沒有接受轉去新座樓，用了很久時間才選了免強可以入住，還是在舊座樓。整體來說這座舊樓已殘破不堪，沒有設施，是不應提供給客人入住的。這次感覺很不愉快，極之影響我和太太之心情，感覺有如被欺騙了。”
