“The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful.
But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. “The location is convenient. When I visited, the road in front of the hotel was under construction, but they informed me before my arrival, so it was easy to reach. “門口在整修所以看起來沒這麼好看，位置就在泰米爾非常方便，因為是在巷子裡面所以很安靜。
飯店人員非常親切，出入都會主動打招呼幫忙開門，櫃台除了英文也能說一點點日文，所以英文太爛會講日文也能溝通。
房間因為是最便宜的房型比較小，但五臟俱全，只是毛巾看起來比較不乾淨，有點小失望。
