This self-contained, just renovated (July nineteen) stylish loft with its sloping wooden ceiling (inner space 70 m2.) and its spacious roof top terrace (outer space 100 m2.), has been charmingly furnished with modern as well as vintage pieces and it is fully equipped, as guests have access to all household amenities and facilities. It is situated on the second floor of a detached building. Stone and marble stairs lead to its gated front outside stairway entrance. The exterior layout of the loft is perfect for guests with the abundance of space and privacy. It comes with a private rooftop patio which includes a shaded veranda and outside rinse shower. Comfortably suitable and safe for families, a metal door has been placed on the veranda preventing access to the stairway. Ample sun shades on the veranda provide sun protection for further enjoyment. With a 360 degree of the city and sea, views are spectacular. If preference is to sunbathe, an outside veranda shower proves convenient and refreshing.
The loft consists of the following for our guests’ comfort and
enjoyment:
-One bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with soft
matresses as well as soft and firm pillows.
-One large bathroom with a shower.
-A brand new fully equipped and well stocked kitchen including
a large kitchen table with 5 chairs, a big fridge- freezer , full size electrical stove, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, electrical appliances such as a coffee
machine, toaster and an electrical kettle.
-2 air-conditions: 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom
-1 fan ceiling in the living room
- The stairs are easily manageable but they may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
-The outer space of the loft offers its guests a breathtaking view
overlooking the wonderful landscape of Tayggetos mountain as well as the surrounding area of the city of Kalamata all the way
to the Messinian bay.
-The roof top terrace invites you to sit back, relax day and night
under a shaded sitting area with garden furniture.
-In the kitchen area you can prepare your meals and relax in
the living room in our 2 comfortable sofas that turn into 2
double beds for our extra guests.
